Corned Beef and Cabbage

 

Layering from Bottom to Top

3 Large Onions Quartered

3 Pound Flat Cut Corned Beef + Seasoning Package

2 Diced Granny Smith Apples

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon mustard seed

2 thinly sliced carrots

1 lime sliced razor thin (with skin)

1/4 cup brown sugar crumpled

3 oz Lee Kum Lee Plum Sauce

5 oz spring water

1 tablespoon white sesame seed

1 head cabbage wedgies

 

10 Hours on low.
